TVShowDB Indexes the ATX TV Festival 2026 Slate

Every panelled show added to the database, sortable by streamer — the festival viewed as a row in the table that organizes everything else we cover.

For Immediate Release · Austin, Texas · 2026-05-14

TVShowDB.com, the sortable database of currently streaming television, has added the ATX TV Festival 2026 slate to its index. Every show appearing on a Season 15 panel now has a row, a streamer, and a "where you actually watch this" answer.

AUSTIN, TEX. — The fifteenth ATX TV Festival, founded in 2012 by co-presidents Caitlin McFarland and Emily Gipson, opens Thursday, May 28 and runs through Sunday, May 31 in downtown Austin. The festival's "TV camp for grown-ups" approach — intimate stage conversations, fan-and-industry mixers, and the in-room "Be Cool" policy that keeps A-list talent coming back — produces exactly the kind of catalogue moment TVShowDB was built for. So we've indexed it.

What the table says about Season 15

Three things jump out when you index it. Nine platforms are represented in twelve programmed slots — the festival's deliberate streamer-agnosticism on display. Five of the twelve are anniversaries or reunions, which says something about the way television now treats its own back catalogue as a live property. And three — Marshals, House of the Dragon, You're Killing Me — are first-look programming meant to shape what we'll be watching for the rest of 2026.

The three honors

Three festival awards get conferred this year. The Texas Made Award goes to Friday Night Lights; the Collaborator Award to casting directors Sharon Bialy and Sherry Thomas (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Walking Dead, Barry); and the Warren Littlefield Award to Bill Lawrence. We'll add a "festival honor" facet to each show's row once results are final.
